Q: Why aren't my steps being counted?
A: Make sure you have granted To Scale permission to access your motion and fitness data. You can check this in your device's Privacy settings. Also, note that some devices may require you to have Apple Health or Google Fit enabled.

Q: I lost my progress after reinstalling the app. Can I get it back?
A: Currently, all game progress is saved locally on your device. If you delete the app without an external backup, the data cannot be recovered.
