At TO SCALE, we believe your fitness journey is yours alone. Our privacy policy is simple: we don't collect your data because we don't want it. Your progress, your steps, and your privacy belong to you.
To Scale uses your device's built-in motion sensors (pedometer) to track your steps. This data is used solely to calculate your vertical progress in the game.
All game progress (unlocked levels, character selections, and climbed altitude) is saved directly in your device's local storage. If you delete the app, this data may be lost as it is not backed up to an external server by us.
To Scale may use standard platform services provided by Apple (HealthKit) or Google (Google Fit) to accurately retrieve step counts. These services have their own privacy policies which you can review in your device settings.
To keep the game free, we may display minimal advertisements. These ads are served by third-party providers (like AdMob) who may use anonymized identifiers to serve relevant ads. We do not share your fitness data with these providers.
Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no account to delete or data to request. You have full control over the app's access to your motion sensors through your device's privacy settings.
